Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What you buy
SensexPilot plans are digital services: Free (₹0), Pay-per-report (₹199 per report; ₹99 launch price for the first 100 users) and Pro (₹799 per month; ₹499 per month for the first 3 months). Prices exclude 18% GST. Payments are collected through Razorpay.
2. Pay-per-report
Each report is made on demand from your own rules: after payment you send your strategy through your private link, we turn it into a rule sheet, and you confirm it. You get a full refund if (a) you ask for it before you confirm the rule sheet, within 30 days of payment; (b) the report is not delivered within 48 hours of your confirmation; or (c) the report fails or is materially wrong because of a fault on our side (we re-run it or refund it in full, as you prefer). Once a report is delivered it cannot be returned, so it is not otherwise refundable. A Free report is available so you can try the service before paying.
3. Pro subscription and cancellation
Pro is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; no reason is needed. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the month already paid for; you keep access until then. We do not refund part of a month already started. If you authorised a recurring mandate, you can also cancel it with your bank or UPI app.
4. Always refunded
- Duplicate or double payments for the same order.
- Payments debited where the order failed or no plan was activated.
- Charges made after a cancellation that took effect.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds, including GST charged, are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit. To request one, email founder@aiworkspacehq.com with your registered email and payment reference within 30 days of the payment.
6. Failed renewals
If a renewal fails, Pro features continue for a 7-day grace period; the account then moves to the Free plan. Your reports are not deleted.
7. Who you are paying
Payments are made to Kartavya CSC Digital Seva, the sole proprietorship of Manish Patel. This name appears on your statement and GST invoice.
8. Grievances and law

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receipt. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Sagar, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to your consumer rights.
