1. No physical shipping

SensexPilot sells only digital services. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and no shipping charges apply.

2. How delivery works

• Pay-per-report: after payment we email your receipt and a private link to send your strategy (template form, or a .md/.txt file). We send back a rule sheet for you to confirm. Backtests run outside market hours (never 09:00-15:35 IST on trading days). The report (PDF) is emailed to you, with a download link valid for 30 days, within 48 hours of your confirmation.
• Pro: Pro features are activated on your account as soon as Razorpay confirms payment, normally within a few minutes.
• Invoices: a GST tax invoice is emailed with your payment receipt.

3. Delays and non-delivery

If a report is not delivered within 48 hours of your rule-sheet confirmation, or Pro is not activated within 24 hours of payment, email founder@aiworkspacehq.com with your payment reference. We will deliver it or refund it as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Service area

SensexPilot is offered to users in India, and payment is accepted in Indian Rupees.
