1. Agreement

By creating an account, buying a plan or using SensexPilot (the website sensexpilot.com and its software), you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the SEBI Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use SensexPilot. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

2. What SensexPilot is

SensexPilot is software infrastructure for traders. It runs automated backtests of trading rules that you supply against historical market data and reports what those rules would have done in the past. Plans: Free, Pay-per-report and Pro, as published on the Pricing page.

3. What SensexPilot does not do

• It does not give investment advice, tips, signals, research reports or recommendations, and it does not tell you what, when or how much to trade.
• It does not predict or forecast markets and makes no promise of profit, return, accuracy or win rate.
• It does not place, modify or cancel orders and does not offer hosted or automated live execution. It does not hold or handle your money or securities, and never asks for your broker password.
• We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, research analyst, stock broker or algo provider, and we do not claim any such registration.

4. Your account and your strategy

Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information. Your strategy and its rules remain your intellectual property. You grant us only a limited licence to process them to run your backtests and produce your reports. We do not sell, publish or trade on your strategy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not: use SensexPilot to offer unregistered investment advice or tips to others, or to publish performance claims; misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service; upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content; or resell reports or data in breach of data-vendor terms. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where the law requires it.

6. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST at 18%, which is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. Current prices: Free (₹0); Pay-per-report ₹199 per report (launch price ₹99 for the first 100 users); Pro ₹799 per month (launch price ₹499 per month for the first 3 months), each plus GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment is made to Kartavya CSC Digital Seva, the name on your statement and invoice. We notify price changes at least 30 days before they apply to an existing subscription. Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Historical data and results

Backtests are simulations on historical data, which can contain gaps or errors, and depend on assumptions (costs, slippage, fills) that may differ from real trading. Results are hypothetical, are not a forecast, and do not guarantee future returns.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features. We notify material changes to these Terms by email or on this page at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a change is required by law sooner.

9. Limitation of liability

SensexPilot is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Data is then handled as stated in the Privacy Policy.

11. Grievances

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer, the courts at Sagar, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
