FAQ and support
Short answers to common questions. The legal pages linked below are the binding text; if anything here differs, the legal page applies. Last updated: 20 Oct 2026.
What is SensexPilot?
SensexPilot is a software tool for traders who bring their own rules-based NIFTY/SENSEX options or futures strategy. You upload your rules, an automated backtest runs, and you get a report: equity curve, drawdown, win/loss statistics, and the brokerage, taxes and slippage assumptions used. See How it works and Backtest.
We do not sell strategies, signals or tips. We do not place orders, connect to your broker account or offer live execution. SensexPilot is a brand of Kartavya CSC Digital Seva, a sole proprietorship of Manish Patel.
Do you give tips, calls or trading advice?
No, never. We do not tell anyone what to buy or sell, which strike or expiry to trade, when to enter or exit, or what target or stop-loss to use, on this website, by email, on Telegram or anywhere else. Questions like these get a fixed reply saying we cannot answer them.
Kartavya CSC Digital Seva and SensexPilot are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. A backtest shows what your own rules would have done in the past; it is not a recommendation. Read the SEBI Disclaimer.
How much does it cost? Can I subscribe yet?
Not on sale yet. Checkout opens later through Razorpay. The launch pricing proposal (prices exclude 18% GST):
- Free: ₹0. First full report free, then 2 basic backtests a month. No card needed.
- Pay-per-report: ₹199 + GST per report (launch: ₹99 for the first 100 users).
- Pro: ₹799 + GST a month (launch: ₹499 a month for the first 100 users, first 3 months). 30 full reports a month, parameter sweeps, saved strategies.
Payments go to Kartavya CSC Digital Seva and you get a GST invoice by email. Details: Pricing.
What is the refund policy?
A delivered report cannot be returned, so it is not refundable. If a paid report fails, is not delivered within 24 hours, or is materially wrong because of a fault on our side, we re-run it or refund it in full. Pro can be cancelled any time; it stops at the end of the month already paid, with no partial-month refunds. Duplicate payments and failed orders are always refunded. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days.
The full text is in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
What happens to my data and my strategy?
We process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Your strategy file is used only to run your backtest, never to trade or to train anything for others, and is deleted within 30 days after the report is delivered. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay, not by us.
What you write to support is used only to answer you. To see, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, email founder@aiworkspacehq.com from your registered address. Full details: Privacy Policy.
How do I get support?
Email founder+support@aiworkspacehq.com (it reaches the same inbox as founder@aiworkspacehq.com) and put SensexPilot in the subject.
- Every support email gets a ticket number in the form SP-YYYYMMDD-NNNN in our acknowledgement. Quote it in any later email.
- A person replies within 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Include your registered email and, for payments, your Razorpay payment reference.
- Never send passwords, OTPs, broker logins or API keys. We will never ask for them.
There is no phone or voice support. See also Contact Us.
Who is the Grievance Officer?
Manish Patel, Kartavya CSC Digital Seva, Tilak Ward, Deori, District Sagar, Madhya Pradesh 470226, India. Email: founder@aiworkspacehq.com. Complaints are handled by a person, not by an automated reply. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receipt.
What are the risks?
Trading in equity derivatives is risky, and SEBI studies have found that most individual F&O traders lose money. Backtest results are hypothetical and made with hindsight; past results do not guarantee future returns. Nobody can guarantee returns in the securities market. Read the Risk Disclosure and the SEBI Disclaimer.
